This years fieldtrip of the Royal Academy of Art (KABK) in The Hague was to Novi Sad in Serbia. Over the course of one week photography students embarked on a journey in and around this Serbian city. All students made a person project which resulted in a publication, a website and a exhibition at several locations in Novi Sad.
Joining teachers were: Donald Weber, Ari Versluis, Lotte Sprengers, Rob Hornstra and me.

Joining teachers were: Donald Weber, Raimond Wouda, Pawel Pokutycki, Annaleen Louwes, Lotte Sprengers, Rob Hornstra and me.

All students made a person project which resulted in a publication, the website and a exhibition in the art school of Sarajevo.

Last weekend ED (represented by Ola Lanko and me) was invited to present all projects at Plat(t)form 2015 organised by Fotomuseum Winterthur.
A very inspiring weekend, with lots interesting conversations, lots of good photographers and curious photography experts.

Last week I visited the exhibition of The Enclave by Richard Mosse in the Irish pavilion during La Biennale di Venezia. And because I was blown away by the project as well as by the presentation of the work, I wrote a recommendation on De Correspondent in the hope that some museum will bring this exhibition to Holland.

Part of the Foam Lab – Deleted / Seen
I felt really honored when Foam, the photomuseum in Amsterdam, asked me to give some guided tours around my favorite publications of the New York Times Magazines exhibition. All their publications are an image editors dream.
